Oahu, Hawaii

We are now visiting Oahu, Hawaii. It is currently 1:00 there, and it is March 12th. Their weather generally consists of a warmer summer season and it gets cold and rainy during the winter. Most people come here to see all the marine life. Everybody is required once a year to watch a video about safety before going down to the beach. Scientists are studying on how sunscreen effects the reef and marine life. The chemicals in the sunscreen can be damaging to corals. They prefer for you to use Zinc Oxide based sunscreens. This is a very large conservation area compared to others.
